THE DIFFERENT FACTORS THAT LEAD THE ORGANISM TO DEVELOP DISEASES ARE STUDIED, AS WELL AS WHAT WE CAN DO EACH OF US TO REDUCE THE RISK OF THESE APPEARING
In this course we look for the inner transformation of the participants to:
- Become aware of the different factors that determine our state of health.
- Develop habits aligned with health in all areas that intervene in our health.
The four pillars on which it is deepened are:
Including aspects such as food, toxic products, electromagnetic fields, the importance of sunlight, physical exercise, rest, etc.
It incorporates both the management of emotions and the release of traumas and emotional blocks that most of us carry inside.
Addressing the power of our Subconscious mind, and the importance of the development of our brain, as a processor of our Conscious mind. The importance of our beliefs and the ability we have to change those we want are also addressed in this section.
It addresses both the very conception of life and death, as well as the different messages that we usually receive through our body.
